Kiwi Fruit can help to relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as boost energy levels.

Kiwi fruit is packed with mood-boosting nutrients. It is one of the richest sources of the antioxidant vitamin C that strengthens your immune system and promotes collagen production to keep your skin healthy.

A 2013 study found that men who ate two kiwis a day, for six weeks, had a significant improvement in symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as higher energy levels – attributed to the higher vitamin C intake.

Plus, kiwis contain plenty of flbre that can help with digestion. Add to smoothies or eat them as a snack.
